You may browse this website and use the demo for your own evaluation. The demo answers from a small set of fictional sample documents on our server. It is not connected to any real property management system, and nothing it previews is ever executed. Content on this site describes a product under development and may change without notice.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site honest: it shows no numbers that have not been measured, no logos without permission and no certifications that are not held. Even so, the site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and nothing on it is an offer to contract.

The product

Access to the vendor console, the embeddable assistant and the API is available only under a written agreement with Orrin. That agreement sets out the service description, fees, data processing, security commitments, service levels and liability. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.

Acceptable use

Use of the product is subject to the acceptable use policy, which includes the fair housing rules the assistant is built to enforce.

Intellectual property

The site, its copy, its design and its code belong to Orrin or its licensors. Your documentation, your API and your data remain yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orrin is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Liability for the product is set out in the written agreement.
